5. Assist you in Pre-qualifying for Mortgage Purposes.
6. Provide you with my Personal Buyer Service Guarantee.
1. Launch our detailed "Buyer
Profile" action plan.
2. Keep you informed of daily updates on newly listed properties that meet your
buyer profile.
3. Ensure that I am available to you by phone and 24 hour pager for offers,
questions, problems and details.
1. Prepare and review the
Offer to Purchase.
2. Explain all conditions and special clauses.
3. Represent you in presenting the Offer.
4. Present the offer and handle negotiations until I have an agreement.
1. Ensure that all documents
are forwarded to your Mortgage Representative.
2. Assist you in choosing a Lawyer to represent you for a smooth and successful
closing.
3. Assist you in choosing a reputable and professional Home Inspector.
4. Monitor that conditions are completed in a timely manner (inspections, mortgage
financing, etc.).

maintain communication with you.
2. Ensure that all documents are forwarded to your Lawyer.
